We organize laughter yoga sessions and weekends. Our sessions are based on laughter yoga, a technique of how to laugh without any reason with the help of breathing and laughter exercises, because laughter benefits both our bodies and our souls.

We strive to create a comfortable and safe environment so you can relax as much as possible.
Multilingual
We speak English fluently and, depending on the participants, conduct lessons in Czech, English, or bilingually.
Time to share
Laughter brings people together, so after the lesson, there is time to exchange a few words with the other participants.
Our journey
Anička
I am a theater improviser, a teacher of Czech language for foreigners, and the founder of my own fashion brand. Laughter yoga helps me take life with ease and overcome stressful situations.
Ondra
I’m an introvert and a programmer, and laughter yoga makes me laugh. I consider this as proof that anyone can do it. Laughter is a huge relaxation for me after hard days and helps me to overcome difficult times. And I would like to continue with that.
